With previous experience as an Architectural Designer, I am looking forward to coming back to the AEC industry. Taking a career break so early in my architecture journey may have hampered my experience track record, but during this time I feel as if what I learned can make me a unique candidate for various positions. I have worked the odd jobs during this time, but have also pursued different knowledge in software development, mechanical design, and 3D printing manufacturing. Though an odd assortment of skills, I am hoping that these can play to my strengths as I return from this career break.

This perioud of my life has been a journey of self realization and affirmation of who I am and where my passions lie. I am truly passionate about design thanks to my roots in architecture. This has given me unique perspectives in all non-architecture endevours I've encountered. Whether it was website design and coordination for a capstone web software project or mechanical design and conception for creating parts for a robot competition, design has always been my best way of communication. I hope that this portfolio shows just what I mean. 

Thank you for stopping by my page and I hope that this inspires others to not just follow a set path in their careers. There is a lot of knowledge out there and a lot of different ways to attain learning. I am one that strayed the path, but it has taught me my strengths and weaknesses.
